We have been home a little over 24 hours and have been house-bound since yesterday evening. With a about a 1/4 inch of ice on the drive way, sidewalks and streets, it doesn't look like we will be going anywhere anytime soon. About 2-3 inches of snow are predicted for tonight. My guess is we may not be going anywhere for the weekend either.
I did send this photo to one of our local TV channels weather folks. They were asking for cold weather photos, but I thought the folks here might like to see something a tad bit warmer
We also spent time decorating for Christmas. Both trees are up. The windows all have lighted faux candles. And there are plenty of other decorations throughout the home. When it gets warmer we will put up the lights around the front door. If you would like to see what it looked like last year, here is the site for that. You can also see last years other decorations here.
Maybe tomorrow I will post some other photos from Hawaii.

Very nice, Jack, I like your decorations.
We're downsizing this year by not putting the main tree up. Reason being... we have a new grand puppy who will be visiting for a couple weeks and I'm told by a very reliable source that grand puppy is *hell on wheels*. {grin}
Decorations looked wonderful, also like that photo, I, like everyone else in the world, love sunsets and sunrises. I am not decorating at all,I probably will not be home.
Cheers Margaret
i'm not much of a tree fan, though we'll put ours up this year due to family heading over during the holidays.
