#764 Winery Visit - Mumm Napa

Guess who just discovered another set of photos from Napa? Yep, Tweedle-dee the Wonder Dummy. I think you will like these. We did not taste any wine here, but they were pouring that evening at the Wine Country Inn. I am not a big fan of sparkling wines. They were quite nice, though.

#762 Winery Visit - Castello di Amorosa Part II

The next photos will highlight some of the interesting features of the castle, e.g., the banquet room with its ornate chandleier, the arms room, the torture room, etc.

Next you will see some of the equipment used to make wine and the manner in which it is stored and aged. And, finally, where it is dispensed for tastings.

Well, there you have it folks. These are the mementos of a wonderful surprise trip to the West Coast. I was sure we were going to California, I just didn't know what was in store for me. I am truly blessed to have people in my life who care enough to do the very best. Thank you.

#760 Winery Visit - Clos Pegase

Clos Pegase is not only known for wonderful wine, but for the art that is displayed at the winery. I couldn't help myself. I just had to take photos of just about all of the sculptures on the grounds. There are also some photos of grapes among the art work.

Those grapes look just about ready to harvest, but what do I know. Next lets explore the artwork on the property.

I hope you enjoyed the art as much as we did. We didn't taste any wines here, but we understand that they do produce a very fine wine. Let me know if you have tried it.
