Next you will see some of the equipment used to make wine and the manner in which it is stored and aged. And, finally, where it is dispensed for tastings.
Well, there you have it folks. These are the mementos of a wonderful surprise trip to the West Coast. I was sure we were going to California, I just didn't know what was in store for me. I am truly blessed to have people in my life who care enough to do the very best. Thank you.

Glad you had a terrific trip to the West Coast. The wine country in indeed a treat.
Have a terrific Labor Day. :)
Okay Jack ~ I do know about this one. My son and daughter-in-law went to this one. I recogized the pictures and name right away.
I think she got a little tipsy at this one.
;)
Angela Marie, was this pre- or post-cupcake?
Sandee, you are so right about wine country being a treat. The trip was terrific.
Oh my gosh am I laughing! YOU are FUNny!!
It was pre-cupcake, by four or five years.
I did find out a little more about the cupcake. It has to do with the Labor day weekend. While Rob was in the military he flew home (without the rest of his family knowing) and they went camping with her sister. It was their first time to spend some "real time" rather talking on the phone and sending letters through the mail to eachother. They were in the "just getting to know one another stage."
That is all I know and want to know. Really!
;)
Thanks for the update. I remember what it is like to be posted away from loved ones. It is always proper to spend some alone time whenever you can steal it away. But, with her sister along? That's different. snerx.
Oh this is going to be a good Friday... I can see that already. I have had two belly laughs so far this early morning!
:D
Thanks Jack! LLLOOLLLL!!
Okay... it was with her sister's family of four! Six if you want to count the dogs.
