#827 Tulips & Windmills-April 20

We traveled by bus to tour the town of Miggleburg. One of the interesting sights was the doors. The family name was usually painted in cursive on the front door.

The morning was bright and calm which gave the canal a serene look. The reflections were perfect too.

Sculptures were abundant in the parks and on the buildings.

The Delta Works keep the North Sea from inundating the countryside. It is quite an engineering accomplishment.

Rotterdam was beautiful at night. I took these photos from the top deck of the ship.

Dear Jack ~ I enjoyed all the pictures from The Netherlands - so
thanks for making all those videos. My son in law came from there, but is now an Aussie on a dairy farm.
Thank you so much for your comments on my Home at Last post and also my last post. I will be very happy to walk unaided, but dancing I don't think so. Continue to surprise your wife with things you do. Take care
dear friend, Very Best Wishes, Merle.
