#699 Photos from LA Tours
One of the first things we did when we got to LA was to do the tourist thing. We had never done that before. The morning tour was around Hollywood and the afternoon tour was of the homes of the stars. The one difficulty I had was the inability to capture the names that went with the houses. So just enjoy them. Who knows someone out there will be able to put a name to some of them.

Oh the stars, all those misfits that tell the rest of us what to do and how to think. Sorry, just my normal rant. It's the major reason we don't have television.

what a tour...the homes are lovely and so are the gates that keep us all out ;)
I like being a tourist and doing all the touristy things in every place I go :) I find that I learn more that way... you know, like I got to know the history of Sunset strip, see buildings that are designed to withstand earthquakes, etc, all are exciting stuff. If I don't go as a tourist, don't sightsee and learn as a tourist, then really, it doesn't serve me any good.
