For those of you who are interested, here is the recipe for the: GERMAN PANCAKE shown in a previous posting:
1/2 C. sifted flour
3 slightly beaten eggs
1/2 C. milk
2 T. butter, melted
1/4 t. salt
Gradually add flour to eggs. Stir in milk, melted butter, and salt. Pour into cold, greased (PAM is a good substitute) skillet, or 9 inch pie pan.. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
Serve w/ lemon juice, melted butter, and confectioner’s sugar.

Sounds interesting but I'll substitute the lemon juice and sugar for maple syrup, thanks!
definitely sounds interesting!
Do not, under any circumstances, use spray-on olive oil for greasing the pan in this recipe. For some reason, it prevents the pancake rising and becoming fluffy in parts and crispy in others.
Thanks, Julianne. We use the regular PAM.
It does taste good. Even with maple syrup. Although I've never tried that.
Dear Jack ~~ Sounds like a good recipe. Maple syrup is nice, but I like Lemon juice and sugar too.
Thanks for your comments and I know I am very blessed to have such a great family.
