#18 The votes are in.....

and the citizenry has made its desires known. Perhaps we can move back to some semblance of sanity in our strategy for serving others. Methinks that too many politicians have lost sight of this important concept. I can only say that I am pleased with the outcome here in the State of Kansas.

Our Governor, who ran one of the cleanest, most positive campaigns I witnessed. there was only one add that was a bit strident. She ran it about six times, it served its purpose and then it was dropped.

We finally got an Attorney General who knows what he is doing. Representative Nancy Boyda has a nice ring to it. At last we will have a representative who will do more than just rubber stamp the President's misguided views.

Enough said for the moment. I am in the classroom today. Fortunately this morning is given to group work and they are doing a fine job. Their work allows me the opportunity to catch up on my blogging.

My suggestion to all politicians is the same one I pass on to my real estate students--

Serve others, care about those you serve and share the love in your heart.
