Yesterday, I got to thinking about the US Constitution when I was away from my computer. Usually when that occurs I forget about it and the idea is gone forever. Well this time it stayed with me. I have decided that it might be in my best interest to do a little research. I am intrigued with the idea of entitlements. The question was raised this morning at the OB coffee, where, in the Constitution, does it address entitlements? One of my compatriots reminded be that entitlements are enacted by the Congress. OK. Now I think it might be time to go back and read through the original document. You can do so yourself at the link above.
