#619 The 96th Tour de France

It's that time of year again. We will be keeping a close eye on the tour. You can too at this site. Enjoy! Lance was only one tenth of a second from getting the yellow jersey at the end of stage 4. What a race. Stay tuned.

Wonder how the French will impugn Lance this year?

Dear Jack ~~ Good luck to Lance - he has done so well just to beat cancer
and a win would be wonderful.
Thank you for your usual kind comments about my posts. I am so glad you liked "Before I was a Mom"
and so timely with little Eli, your daughter's little son. Take great care, my friend, Best Wishes,Merle.

Yes, our Aussie guy, Stuart Cadell has fallen behind to 26th last I heard after a rather nasty fall. Still, it's good to see Lance Armstrong racing again. May the best man win!

I caught just a glimpse of Lance when he rode in Adelaide recently in his comeback race, more power to him he is an ambassador to be proud of.

Really? I'm surprised that it matters so much to you guys... but alright you do have an interest in Lance winning...

Mind you one morning when we woke up in Chateau Thierry (south-east of Paris, they told us that we really had to be quick to get our stuff to gether and leave the town because soon everything was going to be closed off and we only just managed to get away in time before the whole show was staged for real - we then later saw all the cyclist from a bridge farther away. kind of funny to all of a sudden find ourself right in the middle of it!
