Shanny, did you say something about more photos. I hope this will hold until I can post some more.
David and Eli. David sure knows how to work some magic. I don't think he read the book to Eli, but I wouldn't be surprised. David is a fantastic father, and a great son-in-law. We are pleased is a member of our family too.
We do have some fine sons-in-law.
Oma Maryann and Eli. If he looks a bit fussy, he is. Something about being only a week old and not getting enough to eat, needing to burp, or wanting a diaper change. lol
Opa Jack and Eli. Some of the comments above apply to the first photo. The second one shows Eli being a bit curious about his surroundings. For some reason unbeknownst to us, he seems to like the kitchen. He did finally go to sleep and his mother got some much needed rest. It is interesting to watch her go through the process of being a mother. She is a good one.

What a proud family...and with good reason. He's beautiful, Jack. Congratulations to all and welcome to the world, little Eli.
Wonderful pics of a beautiful family.

feel free to send me some directly, too! :)
he is just beautiful. i can't wait to get my mitts on him!
as for him liking the kitchen, perhaps it's the colors? or the fact that you are standing. the altitude...
oh, and that's AUNT shanny... :)
what lovely pictures! and it's really nice to see the two of you as well!
Also the father seems like a really nice guy and I'm sure your grand child will have a good life with them. he's really lucky. Not many children get born into such a safe and loving environment!
