You teach best what you most need to learn.
Given the previous postings about the Secret and the teaching experiences I have had for the past 10-15 years, I suspect that I need to learn the lessons of The Secret, The Messiah's Handbook, Illusions, Jonathon Livingston Seagull and all of the books listed on my Most Influential Books list, that I am learning by teaching. Much of those teachings/learnings are included in the book Things I've Stumbled Across Along the Way.The idea that looking at the world from a positive perspective just makes so much sense to me. Now, having watched The Secret DVD, I am even more convinced that my approach makes sense. However, I do realize that each of us has to make our own choices to fulfill our life's mission. The question I ask of myself is, "What is my life's mission?" It seems to me that the mission is to discover those things which I have a passion to be involved in are intimately involved with my mission.
I have to admit that the times I spend in the classroom are very special times for me. There is a very special energy that seems to come to the surface of my being. It is a time to share ideas with the students. The classes are designed to aid the participants to prepare for the requisite tests to obtain a real estate license. I know that not all of them will go on to get that license. They are not always there for that. I firmly believe that they are there to cross paths with someone, not necessarily me, to teach/learn something. It is sufficient for me to believe that. It certainly makes the experience even more exciting for me and hopefully for them.
So I continue to suggest things to think about as they develop their real estate knowledge base. The business of real estate is one that requires the development of relationships with clients, customers, colleagues and service providers. One primary lesson I hope they can take with them and put to good use is the following....
Serve others, care about those you serve and share the love in your heart.
Maybe that is one of the lessons I need to learn.

Jack~ You are one of the most positive persons I've had the privilege of knowing.
*warm fuzzies* your way, my friend.
Karen - thank you. I have found it to be a most rewarding way to view the world, even with all of the evil things that are happening.
I am finding that the way I view the world can be improved now that I have discovered The Secret and The Law of Attraction.
In a nutshell, if you want good things let the universe know and focus on the good. If you are always focused on the evil and negative, then that is what will be coming your way.
Just some thoughts which I will write about in future postings.
Thanks for crossing my path. See there is something to this view of the world after all. snorx
I've thought about having a mission. But I don't have any mission control.
