One of the things we did was to tour the Dole plantation and take the Pineapple Train.

maui has the sugar train - similar concept, but more sugar cane is grown on maui than pineapples. i love the smell of burning cane fields - strange as that seems.
i am almost ready to buy my plane ticket jack!
